I bought my 94 GT Convertible last summer from a young guy that just picked it up in Florida, but decided he wanted a boat more. It was in very nice condition, ran well and it was a convertible! It was a very nice canvas for all the mods that I wanted to add to the car to make it my own. I started with the wheels, which were those hideous tri-bar units, I installed a set of Cobra R style wheels. I then decided to lower it, so I acquired a set of Tokico springs, struts and a set of caster camber plates. I like the look of the styling bars, so I picked up one and love the look. Next, a set of Rally stripes was in order, so I took it to the best graphics shop in Wisconsin: "Signs and Lines By Stretch". He laid down a great set of dual, 8" stripes with quarter inch pins... nice. I then installed a custom hood scoop. Other touches include a shorty 8" antenna, black hood pin appearance kit, SVT valve caps, all from American Muscle. Cai, 3.73 gears, Jvc head unit, billit gas lid, mach 1 chin spoiler are some other mods that have been added. Much more to come.
I am having an absolute blast with this car. Cruising, local car shows, etc. I can't wait for spring; I have so much more planned. Thanks much. |
