Installation:

Stock Factory Air Intake
- Disconnect negative terminal on your battery.
- Disconnect Mass Air Flow (MAF) harness. Pull the red clip up and pull outward from the assembly.
- Disconnect Vacuum (PCV) Hose. Push the slip over the little notch and pull the house off.
- Remove the bolt holding the Air filter housing, and loosen the clamp near the throttle body.
- Remove the intake assembly and set aside.
- Remove the radiator shroud. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the pin up, and then remove the pin assembly. (mines silver)
- With the shroud removed, remove the upper radiator support. remove the bolt closest to the grill, and then work the piece off.
- Put the blue filter coupler on the throttle body and slip a steel band over and tighten(the piece has a grove in it for the band to fit into)
- Remove the MAF assembly from the original intake and transfer it to the new BBK intake piping.
- Put the black shroud over the new intake pipe and install the new air filter. Slide it on until it meets the MAF assembly.
- Put the shroud insulation over the shroud. i cut it in the middle so it would go around the 90 degree bend easier.
- Put the radiator support and shroud back on.
- Reconnect the MAF harness and PCV Line.
- Reconnect your negative battery terminal.

Finished Installation
- Start the car and listen for any air or vacuum leaks, a vacuum leak could cause the check engine light to come on. If your check engine light does come on double check all your connections and make sure they are tight. A nice feature of the BBK CAI is that it does not require a computer retune for use on the 2005+ V6 Mustangs like other brands do.
- Now just admire the good looks and extra horsepower your new BBK cold air intake has to offer.
