Improves Pedal Feel. A weak, broken or missing gas pedal tension spring will cause your Mustangs accelerator pedal to feel dead and lifeless. Replace it with a brand new accelerator tension spring that is designed to hold the gas pedal in the forward position to improve the overall feel.

OEM Quality. The included Accelerator Pedal Tension Spring is made to meet or exceed the original factory specifications for a perfect fit and years of reliable maintenance-free operation.

Application. This replacement Accelerator Pedal Tension Spring is designed to fit all 1979 to 1993 Mustangs equipped with an automatic transmission, as well as 1979 to 1984 Mustang with a manual transmission.
