How to install a BBK Twin 65mm Throttle Body on your 2003-2004 Mustang

Installation

Step 1 2003 SC Cobra installations require an additional supplied return spring. In order to mount the spring, a small hole must be drilled into the the throttle cable bracket to attach the fixed end of the spring while the other end will attach to the floating bushing on the throttle cable arm on the BBK throttle body.

Step 2 Diagram shows the approximate location and diameter of the hole required.

Step 3 Bracket removal is not necessary. Drill the hole while the stock throttle body is removed to allow access with drill.
