Description
Improves Handling. Upgrade your Mustangs suspension to a BMR Adjustable Panhard Rod to eliminate the unwanted flex and twist commonly found with the poorly designed factory panhard bar. The BMR Suspension Single Adjustable Panhard Rod keeps the rear axle located in the optimum position under the rear of the car, dramatically improving traction, cornering and overall handling performance.

On-Car Adjustable. BMR Suspensions S197 Mustang Panhard Rod is on-car single adjustable, thanks to the QA1 spherical rod end bearings that allow you to dial in your suspensions settings just by turning a wrench with no removal needed for adjustments.

Tubular Construction. Made in the USA from 1.25" diameter heavy wall DOM steel tubing for superior strength and rigidity, this BMR Panhard Bar features a spiral-fluted greasable polyurethane bushing at one end and a QA1 Motorsports (heim joint) spherical rod end bearing at the other. This BMR Panhard Bar is completed in a durable black hammer-tone powdercoat finish for great looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

Greasable. This BMR Panhard Rod features greasable fittings that allow for easy on car maintenance of the highly durable energy suspension spiral-fluted polyurethane bushing.

Application. This BMR Suspension Single Adjustable Black Panhard Rod is designed to fit all 2005-2014 Mustangs, including the V6, GT, Bullitt, BOSS and Shelby GT500 models.

    Well worth the extra dollars!

    I put this on my 2007 GT/CS. I originally bought the SR bar for about 50 bucks less than this one. It rattled from the start and the light weight bushings in the undersized heim joints wore out in 5 months. This BMR piece is obvious from the time you pull it out of the box. This is well built with attention to detail. Fit perfect. Easily adjustable and what a great improvement, over stock, and over the SR. Awesome.The Urethane bushing on the body side eliminates the rattling of the previous bar. The Heim joint and the steel bushings are massive. This is built to last.

    As advertised - must have for lowering needs and handling improvement.

    My only gripe with this panhard is the adjustable end of it. For me, the two metal bushings / spacers on the adjustable side of it didn't fit into the space for it on the drivers side of the car, and on the other side it makes it next to impossible to tighten the lock nut with all the metal around. I managed, with some locktite ( as recommended ), we'll see if it holds up overtime. Otherwise great product, tons of stability added in cornering. Installed at the same time as Ford K lowering springs and RCAs.

    Great Quality

    This is a quality item which is simple to install. Installed this as I had plans to lower my car. When I did the suspension upgrades the adjustability was needed. If you are planning to upgrade your suspension I highly recommend you consider this part.
