How to Install Canton Aluminum Expansion Tank for Roush Superchargers on your Mustang

Use turkey baster to drain tank into quart container

Use pliers to squeeze and slide spring clamp  to the left about two inches.

Pull hose off of tank. This may take some  Force and some time. Be patient, it will  Come off.

Use thumb ratchet or screwdriver to  loosen the worm drive clamp

Slide the clamp off of the hose then  remove hose from tank. Again this  may take some patience.

Use a socket and extension to remove both bolts  from the tank. 

Note: I replaced my stock bolts which require an  allen key to remove them.

Once the bolts and hoses are removed, grip  The tank and carefully pull towards the front.  It is glued and will peel off. Shouldn’t take  much force

Set the new tank in place and tighten the two bolts to the tank 

Connect the two hoses and slide/tighten the clamps. 

Use the turkey baster and fill the tank with every drop. 

Use the old cap and tighten to one click.
