This cover was designed to work on your original wiper motor.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS • There;s enough room to slide this new chrome cover over your wiper motor without removing the motor from the firewall.
Simply take some masking tape and position the tape around the cylinder part of your wiper motor. Next slide the chome cover over the cylinder part of your wiper motor. Check the chrome cover for fit, as you want it to seat snug. If not, use a little more masking tape to tighten it up. Once installed, the chrome cover will stay in position.
Since the cover is made in metal, you can use a damp cloth or ctirome polish to clean and shine the cover when necessary.
