Maximum Airflow. The C&L Cold Air Intake will maximize your pony's airflow and increase horsepower. The C&L CAI is specifically designed to work with the 2003-2004 Mach 1 for improved power and performance.

Reusable Filter. C&L designed their cold air intake kits to use high flow reusable air filters. So no need to go out and buy a new filter every few thousand miles. Just clean the filter, re-oil it, save money, and go!

Application. This Cold Air Intake is designed for the 2003 to 2004 Mach 1 and does not require reprogramming the cars computer.

This was a very easy install, it came with detailed instructions and even the screwdriver bit you need to remove the MAF sensor from the stock housing. the instructions say it takes 20 minutes, but it took me 40 because I was being cautious. The product feels rugged and solid, a good feeling of quality. the tube fits perfectly, you might have to rotate the clamps on the air filter to get the heat shield thing to fit correctly. that may have been the only difficulty I ran into, it took me a little while to figure out that that's why the shield wasn't going forward enough to bolt it in. They literally give you everything you need to install it aside from a screwdriver.As far as performance gain I haven't really gotten a chance to test it, had to put the car up for winter soon after the install, but there can't be any negative to giving your engine more air to breath. it has that nice 'wooosh' sound when you step on the throttle. It also looks great in the engine bay.

Well, let's all be honest, AM is the BEST mustang site on the web! Any questions you have send them an email and get a response in like an hour! That's customer service! I had a question about the rims I was looking at, and sent them an email and in an hour they answered all my questions and helped me decide what ones to get.
