07 - Align bend line of the bottom flange with the lower edge of the foam block, gently drive the 3 prongs into the foam block while FIRMLY HOLDING THE PEDAL AGAINST THE CARPET until it stops...that's it!
Note: Make sure the prongs are straight after shipment so they don't fold under.
08 and up - Ford now has a plastic fiber board approx. 1/16' thick that covers the foam block...same procedure as above except it will take a little more effort to initially get thru...start at the top prong and work your way down...again apply downward pressure on the pedal
Note: If you leave any gap between the pedal and top of the carpet the product will not feel secure. On some cars the pedal may even slide under the plastic side panel.
