      Description

      Quality Material. The DEI Black Exhaust Wrap is a smart way to easily wrap your headers and downpipes in order to reduce unwanted and power-robbing heat under your car's hood. This wrap is made from hi-temp fiberglass composite material with a proprietary coating that enhances heat retention and expands durability.

      Performance Positives. Less under hood heat means cooler air charge for improved performance. By keeping exhaust gases hotter within the exhaust system, you are simultaneously helping to decrease exhaust density and, therefore, increase exhaust flow. This wrap is capable of withstanding direct heat of up to 1200°F and radiant heat of up to 2000°F.

      Quick and Easy Install. Installation is fairly simple and estimated to take around 30 minutes. Note that Design Engineering's Stainless Steel Locking Ties are the perfect way to fasten exhaust wrap for a easy, clean and professional installation.

      Limited Warranty. Design Engineering provides a limited warranty on its entire lineup, which protects against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Some limitations and exclusions may apply. For complete warranty details, head over to DEI's official website.

      Sizes. This exhaust wrap is available in different sizes for your convenience. Choose between the following: 1in.x15ft.; 2in.x15ft.; 2in.x25.ft.; 1in.x50ft.; 2in.x50ft.; 2in.x100ft.; and 1in.x100ft.

      Application. The DEI Black Exhaust Wrap will fit on all 1979-2024 Ford Mustangs.

      Recommendations. Design Engineering HT Silicone Coating spray is highly recommended for DEI glass fiber wrap to penetrate, seal, protect and prolong the lifespan of exhaust wrap .
