Description
Extreme Heat Insulation for Your Exhaust System. DEI Titanium Pipe Wraps provide insulation from direct heat temperatures as high as 1,800°F and radiant heat temperatures as high as 2,500°F. This is made possible by being woven from yarn made from lava rock, which blocks heat better than wraps made from fiberglass.
Up Your Vehicle’s Performance and Protect Sensitive Engine Components. DEI Titanium Wraps enables better engine performance by making more cool air available to your engine intake. Lower engine bay temperatures also help protect other components by reducing the chance of heat soak. Lower engine bay temperatures also mean less heat bleeding into the driver compartment for increased comfort.
No Need for Specialized Tools. Installing your DEI Pipe Wrap doesn’t require special tools – just a flat head screwdriver, metal shears, and scissors. Wrapping your vehicle’s exhaust system is a relatively simple operation and is essentially a one-person job! DEI Titanium Wraps also do not need to be moistened prior to wrapping, since the material is already pliable. Please note that once installed, Titanium Wraps cannot be removed as the material becomes brittle after the first heat cycle.
90-Day Manufacturer Warranty. DEI Titanium Pipe Wrap comes with a 90-day warranty covering any defects arising from manufacturing. Not covered is any damage arising from misuse of the product. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
