More Power. Edelbrock designed their Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold for better airflow on a 260, 289, or 302 V8 Ford without EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) to produce more power. The Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold is stock replacement for 289 and 302 V8 Mustangs with a OEM 4V Carburetor.

Application. The Edelbrock Performer 289 Intake Manifold is designed to fit the 260, 289, and 302 V8 Mustangs. This manifold will not fit the Boss 302 or 255 c.i.d. V8s.

Technical Note. Aftermarket 4-Barrel Carburetors are not compatible with Fords Auto Overdrive Transmission (AOD) unless used with Lokar bracket part# SRK-4000.
