Description
Superior Handling. Lowering springs are fine to drop the ride height of your Mustang, but if you want your Mustang to handle like a true track car you need to upgrade your entire suspension. The Eibach Pro-System-Plus will improve turn-in response, increase cornering speed and reduces body roll - turning your Pony into a corner-carving machine.

Pro-System-Plus. The Eibach Pro-System-Plus is made up of Eibachs Pro-Kit Springs, Pro-Damper Shocks and Struts, and Anti-Roll-Kit Sway Bars to create the ultimate street performance suspension package for your Mustang - all while maintaining excellent ride quality.

Application. This Eibach Pro-System-Plus is specifically designed for use on the 2005 to 2010 V6 Mustangs including coupe and convertible models. Does not fit Shelby GT500 or GT models.

  • This kit did not have C&C plates. I went with the J&M plates and my alignment guy, who has had his shop for 30+ years, said they were one of the best C&C plates he has ever had the pleasure of using. Hope this helps

Will I really notice this on my car? (please be honest) I have an 05 V6 with stock suspension all around. Im just looking for a few things to soften up my ride while increasing driving performance. Will this prove to be a noticeable difference or am i just wasting $949?.

  • Upgrading from your stock suspension that is now 7 years old, you will without a question notice the difference. Your ride will be much smoother while offering the performance you are looking for. Check out the product review left by Mustang73 - they give you first hand insight on how it affected their V6. install cost? Anyone have a ballpark estimate of what it'd cost to get this stuff installed with C/C plates? I don't have ramps to do the sway bars and I've heard horror stories about people losing eyes to spring compressors. Thanks!

  • Most shop labor these days is $60-$80/hour (some are close to $100) 4-6 hours of labor for the springs, dampers and sway bars. So $400-$500 Should do it. Then you'll need another $60-$100 for a good alignment. Hope this helps. Any reputable shop can tackle this job.

    Amazing difference

    I bought this kit as well as the J&M cast and camber plates. The only downside was the wait, which BTW was not AM's fault. Eibach was back ordered on the dampener's and it took about 2 month's to get the product after I ordered it. Thankfully AM was very patient with my calls once a week to check on the status. I am fortunate in that I have a friend with a shop so my install and alignment were done for free, I just brought a 12 pack of beer that we drank AFTER the install. As for the system itself I am very, very pleased. The handling is night and day. It's got a much tighter feel and body roll as well as the lurch when braking and take off. I am glad I went with the Pro Line instead of the Sport Line. The drop was noticeable but not extreme and while the ride is stiffer it isn't too stiff. All around one of the greatest mod's I've installed so far. Highly recommended.

    best handling upgrade

    Greatly improves handling and ride quality. Slight lowering of body improves appearance. Overall a great value for a suspension/handling package all in one.

    Awesome mods for your mustang.

    This is my first suspension mod for my 2005 v6 convertible. I expected to spend around 6-10 hours installing everything before taking it to the shop for an alignment, turned out closer to 18-20 but mostly because im stupid and not a mechanic. The front swaybar is easy to install, took maybe 15 min. The front shocks and springs are a different beast. With no powertool at the time to compress the springs and no room for leverage to get the bolts on the strut open it took some WD40, patience and some frustration before they yielded. Then I managed to get the control arm stuck because i removed the lower shock mounts first before supporting it.... that was fun... Reassembly was pretty straight forward generally, just make sure to follow instructions, i forgot to add the stopper back on the shock, then had to disassemble it again -.- The rear shocks were a pain to get out as the shock kept rotating with the screw so had to hold it with a tiny 7mm wrench which is NOT FUN! Rear springs wouldn't come loose either at first, the convertible has some support bars ending just under the axle which I thought at first were preventing the axle from dropping more, but jacking one side up as far a my jack would go loosened the spring on the other side enough to take out. The last part (the rear sway bar) is yet pending installation because the support beams on the convertible make it impossible to install for me. I might try again there is at least on photo in this gallery here showing it's possible i guess. Took it for an alignment and could already feel a much stiffer ride so was confident. Toe-In was quite a bit out, camber by 0.01deg out of spec (didn't bother to fix that yet) so only got toe-in fixed. Took it for a few rides and it's amazing! It looks great, speed bumps are not a big deal with the 1.2" drop in the front nor the back. Never realized really how bad road were here, I can now feel every bump but it feels more controllable. All in all great addon, just make sure you know what your doing :D

    Great handle improvement

    Car looks great with lowering springs,handles like a dream,only complaint I have is rear shocks poly bushings squeak,can't get out,syn grease on every thing,still squeaks,but love way handles and looks,ride not bad at all

    This product has great handling inprovements

    inprovements when you make hard turns you fill the different from the old and stock suspension. I love have low the car is now. I lote of people ask about my car when i put gas and where i get my parts from i say ( american muscle) . I install the suspension in like 4 hours . Is wort it if you love your ford mustang.
