Manual Steering. Converting to a Flaming River manual rack and pinion steering system will give you more responsive steering allowing you to feel all of the road, while retain the full factory turning radius of your OE steering system. Features 3-3/4 turns lock to lock.

By installing a manual steering rack in place of the stock factory unit you will eliminate the hoses, pulleys and pumps for a total vehicle weight reduction of more than 15 lbs. and every racer knows weight is the enemy. As an added bonus you gain horsepower by reducing parasitic drag.

Application. This Flaming River Manual Steering Rack is designed for use on 2005 to 2010 Mustangs, including the V6, GT, Bullitt and Shelby GT500 models. Intended for drag racing and street rod applications. Includes steering rack only.

Please Note: This manual steering rack requires a 9/16"-26 U-Joint for installation.
