Flowmaster Sound. The Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust System will improve your 1987-1993 LX or 1986 GT Mustangs exhaust flow for an increase in horsepower and sound. This system features 3" mandrel bent free flow tubing, an off-road X-pipe and Flowmasters Super 40 Series Mufflers for a deeper throatier muscle car exhaust note.
Quality Construction. Constructed from mandrel bent 3.0" 16 gauge aluminized steel tubing for it's corrosion resistant properties the Flowmaster American Thunder Kit features Super 40 Series chambered mufflers with 3.0 " diameter OEM style polished stainless steel tips for muscle car looks and sound. And as an added bonus the tips are embossed with the "Flowmaster" logo for true custom styling.
Fitment. This Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust System is designed to fit the 1987-1993 LX and the 1986 GT Mustangs from the manifolds (shorty headers) back. This Kit is intended for off road use only.
