Description
Improves Overall Handling. Eliminate the unwanted twist and flex commonly found with the poorly designed non-adjustable factory panhard rod. The Ford Racing Adjustable Panhard Bar with Urethane Bushings keeps the rear axle located in the correct position under the rear of the car to dramatically improving traction, cornering and to reduce wheel hop. Ideal for street or track use. FR500S and BOSS302 Original Equipment. Originally designed for the extreme demands of the FR500S and BOSS302 R1 race cars this Ford Racing Adjustable Panhard Bar is a direct bolt-on upgrade replacement for all S197 Mustang.

On Car Adjustable. You can easily fine tune your suspension with the Ford Racing Panhard bar installed on your Mustang just by turning a wrench, no need to remove it to make adjustments.

Superior Construction. Manufactured from 1.125" outer diameter 4130 chromoly steel tubing for superior strength, this Ford Racing tubular adjustable panhard bar comes complete with low deflection urethane rod ends with steel sleeve inserts.

Nice

Well made. Left rear tire stuck out after lowering. Now it's all centered up, and it's a bit stiffer back there too. The stock panhard is so cheap that it's laughable.

    Solid Product

    I installed this panhard bar on my car and it works as it should. The rear has stiffened up slightly and wheel hop has been reduced. When installing I recommend to remove the stock bar first and adjust this panhard bar to a similar length to allow ease of installation of the bolts. You'll need a mallet to properly seat the bushings. Also a bit of lubricant on the outsides of the bushings will help it slide into place easier and prevent noise while driving. After installing the bolts adjust the bar as needed. I also recommend to have the same amount of threads on either side when installed to ensure the loads will be distributed evenly. The other benefit of this product is how much lighter it is over the stock unit, yet still provide more rigidity. All around a great product!

    Easy install and perfect fit

    Installed as a compliment after also installing FR handling pack, lower control arms and upper third link. Adjusted axle back to the passenger side about 3/8 inch. Oem fit and well made with less deflection. Great add on when any lowering is done.

    Ford Racing Adjustable Panhard Bar

    Excellent product, selected because it is by Ford Racing! Brought the rear within specs, adjustment has the tires within a 1/8 inch tolerance. Awesome!!! Couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this product if lowering your ride, regardless of the amount of drop.

    FRPP Panhard Bar

    Easy install. Once installed simply place a straight edge across tire, top to bottom and measure gap side to side and adjust until centered. Solid product. No increase in noise or vibration. Excellent product.
