Description
Added Safety. If you still have the factory 2-piece driveshaft on your S197 Mustang, but need a pair of safety loops to run down the track, then GMS has the perfection solution with their Driveshaft Safety Loops. These blue Safety Loops are designed to contain both the front and rear section of the driveshaft in an event of a failure. Best of all, these Safety Loops utilized factory mounts points without the need to weld, which will make it a quick and painless safety upgrade.
Quality Construction. GMS manufactures their Front and Rear Driveshaft Safety Loops from quality heavy duty steel and features precision welds for superior strength. The Loops and braces are finished in a blue powdercoat finish for long lasting resistance against corrosion.
SFI Specifications. If you're using these Safety Loops for high performance or racing applications, SFI Certification is critical so you can run your Mustang at the track or strip. You will be happy to know that these loops meet SFI specifications.
Bolt-On Installation. GMS designed these Safety Loops to be a simple bolt-on with the use basic hand tools in about an hour or two. All of the necessary hardware is included for installation.
