Increase Horsepower And Torque. Now you can increase the horsepower and torque of your GT Mustang with a set of JBA Titanium Ceramic Long Tube headers for power you can feel throughout the entire RPM band. These JBA Long Tube headers will greatly improve your mustangs exhaust flow increasing your Pony's horsepower, and torque.

Quality Construction. JBA Long headers are made to last using 3/8" thick laser-cut one piece flanges, free flowing mandrel-bent 1-5/8" stainless steel tubing, and JBA's patented Firecone™ Sealing Dome collectors.

Titanium Ceramic Coating. These Long Tube Headers are completed in JBA's Titanium Ceramic Coating that not only looks great, but reduce under hood temperatures to help increase horsepower and extend the life of the headers. Ceramic Coated headers will long out last both chrome plated and polished headers.

Recommended Upgrade. To realize the full power potential that these Long Tube Headers have to offer, AmericanMuscle recommends a Bama custom tune with a Mustang Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for proper operation.

Application. Designed to fit the 1999-2004 GT and 2001 Bullitt Mustangs equiped with the 4.6L 2 valve V8 engine. These JBA Long Tube headers include high-quality mounting hardware, reuse the factory gaskets and come with complete installation instructions.     JBA Never Fails!!

    To start with, this is the best deal you will find for the titanium Ceramic version of these headers. I bought these headers because I wanted a little more bang than you get with shorty headers, and like a lot of people, I did NOT want to worry about ground clearance. They went on without having to drop the K member too! The driver side was a piece of cake, and the passenger side... Well that was a different story. You have to remove the left motor mount and jack the engine up a few inches to squeeze the header up there. They came with very nice felt gaskets too. Needless to say tightening the bolts was time consuming ( got them in 1/16th of a turn at a time haha) I can very much feel a difference in the mid-range power, It really puts me in my seat now when I get on it in second gear. The sound is very clean too. I have a custom mid X pipe with slp high flow cats and slp loud mouth cat back. The idle and acceleration sounds mean! (Cams next for sure!) The only issue I had is the EGR tube did not thread up perfect and you can hear an exhaust leak from it. It's no big deal to me because I just had Bama send me a tune with the EGR deleted. I removed the entire tube and valve assembly, and made a cap for the intake plenum and welded the hole shut on the header. No leak now! Plus the engine bay looks neater. It a win win situation if you ask me. (I know my car might lose a few MPG’s, but oh well, I didn’t buy a mustang for efficiency) All in all, I’m very happy with the headers, they look great, sound great and feel great. Plus, they fit on Manual and Auto Stangs!
