How to Install a MAC Off-Road Pro Chamber Mid-Pipe on your 2011-2014 V6 Mustang

1. Use the four exhaust studs supplied with your Mac headers and screw them into the exhaust flanges at the opening of each header 

2. Align your connector-pipes onto the exhaust flanges of your headers, making 

sure that the oxygen sensor holes are facing towards the inside of the vehicle. 

3. Using a torque wrench, tighten the 18 mm nuts down to the exhaust studs, securing the mid-pipe to the headers to 89 pounds of torque ( in 30 pound increments) 

4. Repeat this for both the passenger side and drivers 

5. Tighten your oxygen sensors into the mid-pipe using an oxygen sensor socket or 7/8” wrench. 

1. Slide the supplied exhaust clamps on each connector-pipe 

2. Mark 1” segments (up to 5”) from the open end of the connector-pipe , which allows you to see how for the Pro Chamber is sliding up the connector-pipe 

3. Lay a towel under the car, and gently slide the Pro Chamber underneath 

4. Get a friend to lay on the other side, and each lift and line up the Pro Chamber to the connector-pipes. Once it is aligned, slide the Pro Chamber at least 2” up the connector-pipe. 

5. Align the exhaust clamps where the connector-pipe and Pro Chamber meet, tightening it with a 7/16th” socket 

6. Remove the factory exhaust clamps from the factory mid-pipes using a 15 mm socket. After the nuts are loose, apply force under the clip with a flat head screwdriver. 

7. Slide these clamps on the back of the Pro Chamber 

8. Slide your cat back exhaust pipes into the other end of these clamps .If possible, have someone stand behind the car and help you center your tail pipes in the bumper 

9. Tighten down the four 15 mm nuts once the mufflers are centered 

10. Connect the oxygen sensor wiring to the vehicle (located on each side of the transmission) 

11. Double check that all nuts have been tightened, all oxygen sensors connected, and everything looks tight. Start your engine and enjoy your new setup.
