Can this unit be modified to Catted for Long tube Headers? My Exhaust build will consist of JBA Ceramic Long Tube Headers, however I am not happy with the current design of JBA's mid-pipe. I consider the outer radius cut and weld method of X-Pipes shoddy. Hence the strong desire to use Magnaflow's Tru-X system. My 2007 Mustang GT/CS has an Automatic and I'm looking to install the aforementioned Headers mated to a Catted Magnaflow Tru-X mid-pipe. However, I have not been able to determine if this is even feasible. There-in lies the question before you. Can this unit be modified to a catted unit for mating to Long tube Headers, specifically JBA Ceramic Long tube Headers.
