      Description

      Heavy-Duty Clutch for the Street or Strip. Factory clutches are designed to stand up to high power, modified engines. If your Mustang is upgraded, you need a McLeod RST Twin Disc 800HP Clutch. As the name implies, this clutch can handle up to 800 horsepower. Plus, it completely changes the way your car shifts and feels. Dimensions are 9.678" X 26T X 1-1/8" with a 26-spline input.

      Built Tough. No clutch is stronger than a McLeod RST Twin Disc 800HP Clutch, with its spring hub metallic friction discs and organic disc facing. This design ensures proper clutch engagement every time you shift. In addition, this clutch is designed to withstand extreme use and stand the test of time.

      Straight-Forward Installation. Once you have the transmission out, installing this McLeod RST Twin Disc 800HP Clutch is a breeze. Instructions are included, as is the clutch alignment tool. This makes the job doable for a DIYer with moderate mechanical ability.

      Application. This McLeod RXT Twin Disc 1000HP Clutch is designed to fit 1986-Mid 2001 Mustang GT and 1993-1998 Mustang Cobra Models. It only works with a T-5 or T-45 Transmission, so be sure to check your car’s transmission type before ordering. It’s also recommended that customer uses an adjustable cable with this clutch.
