How to Install MMD Chin Spoiler Winglets on your Mustang

** Instruction Notes: Don't drill too close to the edge of the chin spoiler/rocker. Drilling too close may result in needing to trim the push clips in order to press them all the way in. Be conscious when drilling not to drill through the top of the chin spoiler.**


Raise and support the front of the vehicle to access the bottom of the chin spoiler. Locate the Winglet by placing it flush against the back edge of the chin spoiler and 1/4" off the bumper cover. 1/4” gap is recommended, the winglet can be moved in or out as desired.


Carefully drill (4) 1/4" mounting holes. ** See installation notes at the top of the page**. Secure the Winglet with the supplied push clips.


Locate the Winglet by placing it against the fender lip. Then space the Winglet 1/4" off the rocker panel. 1/4” gap is recommended, the winglet can be moved in or out as desired.


With an extra set of hands or painters tape, hold, and carefully drill (3) 1/4" mounting holes. ** See installation notes at the top of the page** Secure the Winglet with the supplied push clips. .


Remove the rocker panel trim piece by removing the fender liner clip and unscrewing the 2 T20 Torx screws.


Locate the rear rocker winglet the same as steps 2-2A. ** See installation notes at the top of the page**. Secure the Winglet with the supplied push clips.
