Motive Gears - 4.10 gears for Ford Mustang 8.8 Rear End

Motive Gears are for 8.8" Ford rear end. These Motive Gears will fit all GT and Cobra models from 1979 to 2010+. Motive uses these gears in high horsepower racecars with outstanding results. Master bearing kit recommended by most installers for Motive Gears, especially on cars with mileage.

Motive Performance Plus gears are made with an extra strong race quality alloy. They also do NOT have a reputation such as Richmond for "gear whine".

Shop installation costs for Motive Gears will vary, but we have heard numbers between $250 and $300. Be sure to work with a shop you trust for installations.
