    Excellent made product.

Very easy install. it took very little time to install with no special tools. I did use a suction pump to remove the coolent from tank first and refilled with fresh coolent. I would highly recomend this product. Mark

I took "Need 4 Speed"'s advice and hand polished the trank. Great idea. Looks awesome! Install was easy - I siphoned out the old tank into a container, using a very thin line so I could insert it well into the lower hose, and didn't spill a drop. Not counting siphon time, install was about 15 minutes. Three suggestions: 1) you will not be able to check coolant level visually any more since tank is opaque -> after install, refill with original coolant removed. Assuming you didn't spill any, this will be the correct level. Drive the car to full temp to settle air gaps in hoses. Cool and then measure space between top of filler neck and water level. You now have the correct level full mark; 2) I put a bit of silicone spray on the threads before installing the cap. The silicone helps the plastic cap and aluminum threads play nicer together on first screw down; 3) when removing the lower hose, be sure to support it. It is not stiff enough to stay upright on its own when removed from the tank and thus it will flop over and you may spill some coolant. Well worth the money for looks, function, and ease of install.

    NICE.....

I just installed this tank, it really makes it looks professional. I was lazy when installing it... it worked... what I did was unbolted the two bolts and tilt the tank into a bag/bucket under the engine. It taken me about 30 minutes from start to finish. It a very strong construction, it looks great... I had taken a picture with my cell phone... I have to come back and take a picture with a real camera. I hate to say it, but its worth the money to have.

    Nice look

A must if you like to pop the hood. Looks so much better than the bulky plastic OEM tank. Easy to put on and looks sharp. Adds a lot to the other "bling" AM offers.

    DRAWS ATTENTION UNDER YOUR HOOD

This is one of those parts that do nothing for performance, but severely increase the image of your engine bay. It's a relatively easy install (VERY easy with two people or with hose clamp pliers)... Be sure to support the hoses even after you siphon or drain the tank, as there will still be fluid in them, and they really don't hold up well on their own. The Moroso coolant expansion tank looks fantastic!

    Wow

I just received this product (09Feb2010) today. Wow, it looks better in person than pictures. You can tell that its very strong, but very light. Believe me they did not go cheap on the Aluminum when they constructed this peice. In fact I wish my car was better built... Since its so cold here, I'm going to wait until the weather breaks before I install it. But I can just imagine the difference it will make under my hood. If you have $150 to blow, this is a good start. I'll submit pics ASAP.

    Overflow tank

I like the tank and the way it looks. Warning to Mach 1 hood owners. If you have the dress up cap you add to original the cap will fowl hard on hood. I made a couple of brackets to move tank back and problem solved, also add a piece of convoluted tubing on radiator hose to protect it from rubbing on side of tank. I'm sure there's something else out there you can use if you want, I was thinging you could glue another piece of rubber on hose if ha want.

Moroso products are very pleasing to the eye and work very well Great products for you show car guys and ladies.

I bought the expansion tank to give the gt/cs a nice look with the other Moroso products. I also have fuse box cover and master brake cover. My wife and I installed in just a 30 minute install.Had to cut hose and use a turkey baster to take anti freeze out.

    Moroso Aluminum Coolant Tank GT500

The tank really enhances the engine bay, a very nice addition. Took maybe 25 minutes to install. I would have liked the inlet line to have been angled a little more, it would keep the coolant line square. Overall quite pleased with my purchase.
