Excellent made product.

Very easy install. it took very little time to install with no special tools. I did use a suction pump to remove the coolent from tank first and refilled with fresh coolent. I would highly recomend this

    2010 GT Conv

I took "Need 4 Speed"'s advice and hand polished the trank. Great idea. Looks awesome! Install was easy - I siphoned out the old tank into a container, using a very thin line so I could insert it well into the lower hose, and didn't spill a drop. Not counting siphon time, install was about 15 minutes. Three suggestions: 1) you will not be able to check coolant level visually any more since tank is opaque -> after install, refill with original coolant removed. Assuming you didn't spill any, this will be the correct level. Drive the car to full temp to settle air gaps in hoses. Cool and then measure space between top of filler neck and water level. You now have the correct level full mark; 2) I put a bit of silicone spray on the threads before installing the cap. The silicone helps the plastic cap and aluminum threads play nicer together on first screw down; 3) when removing the lower hose, be sure to support it. It is not stiff enough to stay upright on its own when removed from the tank and thus it will flop over and you may spill some coolant. Well worth the money for looks, function, and ease of install.

    NICE.....

I just installed this tank, it really makes it looks professional. I was lazy when installing it... it worked... what I did was unbolted the two bolts and tilt the tank into a bag/bucket under the engine. It taken me about 30 minutes from start to finish. It a very strong construction, it looks great... I had taken a picture with my cell phone... I have to come back and take a picture with a real camera. I hate to say it, but its worth the money to have.

    Nice look

A must if you like to pop the hood. Looks so much better than the bulky plastic OEM tank. Easy to put on and looks sharp. Adds a lot to the other "bling" AM offers.

    DRAWS ATTENTION UNDER YOUR HOOD

This is one of those parts that do nothing for performance, but severely increase the image of your engine bay. It's a relatively easy install (VERY easy with two people or with hose clamp pliers)... Be sure to support the hoses even after you siphon or drain the tank, as there will still be fluid in them, and they really don't hold up well on their own. The Moroso coolant expansion tank looks fantastic!

    Wow

I just received this product (09Feb2010) today. Wow, it looks better in person than pictures. You can tell that its very strong, but very light. Believe me they did not go cheap on the Aluminum when they constructed this peice. In fact I wish my car was better built... Since its so cold here, I'm going to wait until the weather breaks before I install it. But I can just imagine the difference it will make under my hood. If you have $150 to blow, this is a good start. I'll submit pics ASAP.

Worth every penny, and looks good too!

There isn't much to review on this except to tell everyone how easy it was to install. It took about 30 min to install, looks great under the hood in my opinion, and it gives me the peace at mind knowing it is constructed much better than the factory plastic one. Keep in mind this does not include a cap..

    Moroso coolant tank

Guys, get rid of that "ugly" OEM coolant tank, and install one of these auwsome looking Moroso tanks, if you want the race car look, some shine in the engine bay, this will do the trick,,,,,this tank looks like it came off of a pro stocker, the look is Moroso at its best, this tank will "not" disapoint,,,,,well made. and the alluminun construction looks "race ready" !!

    Morose Coolant Expansion Tank

Quality of the tank was top shelf. Installation would have been easier if I used a siphon to remove the coolant instead of trying to pour it out, but the fit was flawless and the finished install really made the engine bay pop! I urge all GT owners to replace the hideous factory piece with this item if they want to make a quick and worthwhile appearance upgrade!
