3200 RPM Stall. Increasing the rpm stall speed of your Mustangs torque converter will result in the engine reaching the powerband earlier, providing quicker acceleration and lower elapsed times. This Performance Automatic Torque Converter is set to 3200 RPM, that is a 1700 increase over stock.

10" Non-lockup Torque Converter. The Performance Automatic 10 inch non-lockup torque converter was specifically designed to be used in conjunction with high-compression, nitrous oxide, bigger duration cams, and stout gear ratios or supercharged and turbo applications.

Application. This Performance Automatic Non-Lockup Torque Converter is specifically designed for use on 1979 to 1993 high performance 5.0L V8 Mustangs equipped with an AOD automatic transmission, including LX 5.0 and GT models.
