Radiator Extension Covers - Pre-painted (05-09 GT, V6)

Hey I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com, and I’m checking out the pre-painted radiator cover and radiator cover extensions fitting the engine bay on the 2005-2009 V6 and GT Mustang. This three piece kit is going to be a great dressup item to the engine bay in any S197 Mustang, sure the factory rad cover does a great job and all, but it doesn’t get you any extra style points whenever you pop the hood. In addition, the lack of the extensions from the factory tends to leave a lot of dead space over the headlight area. This three piece kit takes care of all of that, and as you can see it really enhances the under hood appearance. The kit includes a pre painted OE style radiator cover and the two pre-painted extension covers. All three panels have been molded high impact ABS plastic, so they’re not only going to offer great durability, but they should all fit like an OEM part. In addition, all these parts have been painted right here at American Muscle headquarters, using the same base and clear coat that Ford uses in their factories, so you can expect a perfect color match to your ride, right out of the box. Getting all three panels installed is a real piece of cake and should really take you no more than 30 minutes. You want to start with the center panel first, removing the factory rad cover, the reinstalling the pre painted radiator cover in reverse order using the factory hardware. After that move over to the side covers, remove the factory bolt, then install the extension covers with the supplied 10mm bolts.
