Application. This PA Performance 3-wire Alternator Rectifier Plug is designed to be direct fit replacement for 1986 to 1993 Ford Mustangs equipped with a 2G Series Alternator.
Technical Note: Due to the risk of fire when using this design of rectifier plug it is strongly recommend to use dielectric gel to assure proper electrical connection. Never re-use this plug, if it becomes loose it will further increase the risk of heat and fire. Dielectric Gel can be found at most auto parts stores.
