Needed For 4G Alternator Install. This PA Performance Alternator Plug is required to replace the factory 6G Series alternator with a 30% thinner 4G series alternator for additional clearance when installing a 2001 Bullitt Intake Manifold on a 1999-2004 4.6L GT.
Plug And Play! The PA Performance 6G to 4G Alternator Plug eliminates the extra wiring modifications needed for an alternator swap making it a simple Plug and Play install. If you ever want to convert back to the 6G alternator, just unplug it.
Application. This PA Performance 6G to 4G Alternator Upgrade Plug is designed for 1999 to 2004 GT Mustangs that are upgrading to the thinner 4G Series alternator.
