  • It'll give you somewhere between 253 - 261 hp to your flywheel.

Will this work with underdrive pulleys? Is the supercharger compatible with the BBK Underdrive Pulleys?

Would I have to Tune my vehicle whenever I add things to my mustang like 3.73 Gears and ETC.?

  • We normally do recommend getting a new tune whenever you add an aftermarket part, but it's not always necessary depending on the part.

will I have to remove the cold air intake i currently have on my 97 mustang. and how well will it preform with an automatic trans.

  • The Procharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger System will remove your cold air intake and it will be replaced with the charge-pipe in its place. The intake will be moved to a different location, and it will use a different intake system. It will vary on the condition of your transmission, and how the vehicle will be driven, but the transmission will handle to power.

I just got a 1997 Automatic V6 mustang, pretty much stock, execpt its got the BBK 2 inch lowering kit, and a BBK cold air intake.. If I were to put a turbo on there without anything else, would it blow my tranny? or cause any problems.. Im new to car modding, 32 need a new hobby, I want a V6 monster that can smoke stock v8s on the road, any advice? Thanks

  • You do not necessarily have to upgrade anymore parts though it would be a good idea to. You can always upgrade your internals to forged pistons and rods that have a lower compression. Also, upgraded rear gears will help the car take off better. It is also a good idea to get some stiffening suspension components such as a panhard bar, sway bars, and a strut tower. Do I need to buy anything else for this kit? I know it says its 100% complete, but sometimes there a small thing missing.

  • There is absolutely nothing you will need to purchase along with this kit. The only pieces you may want to account for are any bolts you will be removing that have to be reinstalled that may be rusted or worn. This would be a good opportunity to replace them.

Can't say I saw this coming...

So I bought this kit after saving for a while and I installed with a buddy over a weekend. With much anticipation the following Monday I decided to take it out for the first time since install. Well I put the pedal to the floor and started screaming down the highway. Before I knew it I was hitting 88 mph and everything started to get all fuzzy and then a flash of light happened. Before I knew it I was driving through the desert. Darn car broke down and I had to take the train back home.
