Pypes Headers are engineered to increase the exhaust flow of your Coyote powered Mustang for an improvement in rear wheel horsepower and torque. Increases of 50 RWHP have been seen with a custom tune. Pypes 1-7/8 Inch Long Tube Headers are great for use on naturally aspirated 5.0L Mustangs, but really come into their own when you decide to step up to a bigger cam or supercharger.

Make Some Extra Noise. Pypes Long Tube Headers not only improve the performance of your 5.0L V8-powered Mustang, but they will also improve its sound. With its high-flow design, these Long Tube Headers are less restrictive than stock, allowing you to pick up a few decibels in your exhaust note for a more aggressive sound.

High Flow Cats. Pypes high flowing catalytic converters are designed to outperform the restrictive factory cats. The included high flow catalytic converters provide a significant improvement in exhaust flow for a measured increase in rear wheel horsepower and torque.

Quality Construction. Pypes 304 stainless steel Long Tube Exhaust Headers are manufactured using step tube technology. These Long Tube Headers are constructed from free-flowing, CNC mandrel-bent 1.75-inch primary tubes that step up to 1.875 inches and then merge at a 3-inch collector. The collector features a power spike design for excellent exhaust flow. Pypes Long Tube Headers are then completed in a bright, polished finish for impressive good looks.

Calibration Required. Installation of this Pypes Long Tube Catted Headers will require the use of a Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation. By reprogramming your Mustang's ECU you will be able to realize the full power potential that these headers have to offer.

Installation. The wiring harness needs to be disconnected from the back of the block. That should give you enough length for a proper installation.

Application. These Pypes Long Tube Catted Headers are specifically designed to fit the 2015-2017 GT Mustangs equipped with the DOHC Coyote 5.0L V8 engine. These headers and connector pipes are a direct bolt on to the stock 2.5-inch exhaust system. These Headers are intended for left hand drive applications only.
