Superior Design. RAM HDX Clutch kits are designed to provide increased clamp loads compared to stock for a strong "bite". The included Clutch Disc features a heavy duty friction material with a double row rivet design for added rotational strength and a double dampened helix center hub which helps to eliminate gear rattle.
Recommended Upgrade. It is highly recommended that you add a SR Performance Braided Stainless Steel Hydraulic Clutch Line during your new clutch install. Stock plastic clutch lines can fail during aggressive driving. Stainless steel clutch lines help prevent gear lockout and provide superior clutch pedal feel, even under the toughest conditions. Technical Note. The 2005+ Mustang uses a concentric slave cylinder instead of a conventional throwout bearing. Therefore this clutch kit will not include a throwout bearing.
