Hey everybody, I'm Justin with AmericanMuscle.com, and this is my quick breakdown of the RTR Tactical Performance Competition Spec Axle-Back, available for your '11 to '14 Mustang GT. So the RTR Tactical Performance Competition Spec that I do have with me here in this video, in addition to the street spec that you'll also be able to find here at AM, is the collaboration between Formula Drift champion and RTR creator Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Magnaflow Exhausts. Now Vaughn worked extremely closely with Magnaflow to develop an exhaust system that would get rid of that often categorized robotic tone of the Coyote motor and deliver a very aggressive tone, yet still be clean and worthy of the RTR badge. Now guys, as I just mentioned the competition is one of two offerings available from RTR that you will find here at AM, the other being the street spec. And as you might have guessed, the competition is definitely gonna be the more aggressive of the two, even though they pretty much look identical from the outside. It's on the inside where you're gonna find most of the differences here with the exhaust, but they do both share that same unique dual inlet design. But again, once you start dissecting this muffler a little bit you'll find the guts are a little bit more aggressive, allowing for much more sound and a slightly louder tone.Construction wise, we're looking a full 100% stainless steel build throughout, including the three-inch tubing, stepping down into the competition spec mufflers here, exiting out the four-inch slash cut tips, of course emblazoned with those RTR logos. Now, if you haven't noticed by now, the entire system has been done up in this black ceramic coating which will help it look good underneath the bumper for years to come, and also should help reduce any corrosion. Finally guys, it definitely doesn't hurt to mention that this system will help shave 14 pounds or so off your S197 when making the switch to this axle-back. Since this is an axle-back I think you'll find getting the factory stuff out of the way and then installing the new RTR system will only take you about an hour using basic hand tools thanks to the direct bolt-on, no modification needed install. As always guys don't forget that this product is just like every other product here at AmericanMuscle.com, does ship for free the same day as your order. And as always, if you have any questions about the RTR exhaust system here or any other product, feel free to reach out to a Mustang expert at any time. The Competition Spec from RTR is definitely a great way to add that super aggressive tone to your S197, worthy of a tire-slaying machine, and don't forget you can grab your set right here at AmericanMuscle.com.
