    Super simple upgrade!

This was an easy upgrade for the '03 Mustang GT. The install is straight-forward and the results not only look good but are actually tangible. Any sponginess in the brake pedal reaction is gone. ABS is also noticably affected. I would recommend this upgrade.

    Worthwhile Upgrade

I got these for my girl's mustang and had a local shop install them. They appear to be a well put together product and they went on in about an hour and a half. Now that they are on, there is a noticeable improvement in braking performance. You don't have to jam the pedal as hard or a far as before to get decent stopping power, most of the mushiness in the pedal is gone, and her car seems to stop more quickly and deliberately than before. Definitely worth your time if you think the stock lines are holding you back.

Braided brake hoses front and rear

I had a set of these on a previous car and these are amazing. A must have if you plan on any kind of track use or driving on curvy roads that require you to stop repeatedly. The spongey feeling from overheated brakes is completely eliminated. I recommend this product for anyone that plans to drive their mustang hard which is pretty much anyone who owns a mustang its what these cars were made for unfortunately the same cannot be said for the brakes. For the price AM is offering these it can't be beat.

    Russel Steel Braided Brake Lines

I ordered these Brake Lines in conjunction with the Power Stop Rotor and Pad Kit to upgrade my Braking experience in my Car - which was becoming more and more quesitonable as time went on. The installation on my Car was somewhat difficult mostly due to the connection points were dry rotted and required special attention with a new portion of Hose to be spliced in and a Flaring tool. However, just like the issue with the Rear Rotor installaiton, this was no fault of the Line kit. In similar fashion to the Front rotor installation, those lines went in with relative ease. With the New Calipers (also from Power Stop) and these Lines all around, There has been an even larger improvement in stopping power and less Brake grab caused by uneven Braking Power between Calipers. She'll stop just as quickly in moderate rain conditions (shorter stop distance with the new setup vs dry stopping conditions with the old equipment), which is pleasantly remarkable. I've always been a huge supporter of the products that AM offers to the Mustang community. And the Brake Line kit from Russel is no exception!

    Totally worth it!

These made an immediate difference after install and bleeding. The pedal is much firmer and doesn't require you to actually slam on the brakes. Great upgrade over the brittle factory rubber lines. Just make sure you line up how the new line is going to go on before trying to shove it on the car. Though they are labeled, the rear lines have an odd routing to them.

    What A Difference

For the longest time I could not stand the braking in my '03 GT. Been wanting to upgrade to Cobra/ Mach 1 13" brakes, but not easy to come bye without getting at a descent price. So this was the next best, and affordable thing to try. What a difference. Russell stainless braided lines do not disappoint in quality, and in fitment. And AM's shipping, fantastic!! Thanks again.

    Russell S.S. Braided Brake Lines

The Russell lines all look great and are well marked for positioning. Far superior to the stock lines. Install is very easy. My install time below only reflects the installation of the lines. I'm doing a complete brake system upgrade so I haven't arrived at the bleeding stage yet.
