This SPEC Stage 1 Clutch is designed for bolt-on naturally aspirated and mildly modified forced induction engines. Concerned about the clutch pedal being hard to push down? This Stage 1 clutch has a high clamp pressure plate, steel-backed and multi-compound woven organic material and high torque sprung hub and disc assembly, and includes the alignment tool. When looking for a new clutch, trust SPEC for the best in value and performance.

Note: It is recommended to install a new SPEC flywheel with this replacement clutch for the 2005+ Mustang GT. Look at our flywheel page for these 2005+ steel and aluminum flywheels. The throw out bearing and bolt kit are not included with the 2005+ SPEC Stage 2 Clutch. AmericanMuscle.com suggests using a Ford throw out bearing for best results.
