Description
Ultimate Upgrade. The SPEC Stage 2+ delivers a unique combination of incredible holding power with great street manners. If you have a forced induction setup in your Coyote GT or V6 and hate the "on-off" feel of true single purpose race clutches, the SPEC Stage 2+ is the ultimate upgrade to your 'Stang, with the capacity to handle 705 ft-lb of torque. Street And Strip. The SPEC Stage 2+ combines the holding capacity of the Stage 3 clutch with the streetability of the Stage 2, making this clutch perfect for weekend warriors who still want to spend time showing off their high horsepower pony on the street.

Premium Quality. To deliver great holding power without sacrificing driveability, the Stage 2+ features carbon semi-metallic material on one side of the disc with a Kevlar material on the other side. It also features a full face design for smooth engagement for great streetability. The Stage 2+ kit includes a high clamp pressure plate and clutch disc.

Application. The SPEC Stage 2+ (plus) Clutch is a performance upgrade for your street/strip driven Mustang. This Spec Mustang Clutch is designed for use on the 2011-2013 GT or V6 Mustangs, with the MT-82 manual transmission.

    better than stock clutch!

    i installed the spec flywheel and clutch when the throw out bearing on the slave cylinder took a permanent vacation; i figured, the bell is open, time to upgrade!!! i have elapsed the extended break in period, and this thing GRIPS! bang for your buck is great, and i couldn't justify spending the extra money on the twin disc clutch on a daily driver (maybe in the future if it becomes a straight racer). The pedal feel was a bit stiffer than stock, but i got adjusted in about a week. The grip/bite is more engaging! i was getting some rear end chatter in the first 200 miles, but haven't lately since its further in the break in period and i'm more adjusted to driving it. i would recommend this for a daily driver mustang
