      Description

      Maximize Your Power. Give your engine a breath of fresh air with the Spectre Performance Cold Air Intake. Replacing the restrictive stock air box, this Cold Air Intake was designed to direct cooler, denser into your combustion chamber, giving your engine the oxygen it needs to unleash its true power potential.

      No Tune Required. This Spectre Cold Air Intake is designed to improve the performance of your V6 powered Mustang without the need of reprogramming your computer. By utilizing flow dynamics, this Spectre Intake will increase power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this intake.

      Synthetic Air Filter. The Spectre Performance 9929 Cold Air Intake eliminates the need to buy new air filters all the time. The included non-woven synthetic filter is washable and completely reusable.

      Durable Build. With heavy-duty polished aluminum tubing, a black powder coated heat shield and hardcore stainless steel clamps, the Spectre Cold Air Intake is designed to stand up to whatever you throw at it, whether it's screaming around the track or hitting the open road.

      Quick and Easy Installation. Designed to be a direct fit replacement for the factory intake, this Spectre Cold Air Intake installs with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for an easy 1 hour installation. All necessary parts and instructions are included.

      90 Day Warranty. Spectre warrants their products to be free from manufacturer’s defects due to workmanship and material for a period of 90 days. Some exclusions or limitations may apply, please see manufacturer's warranty for complete details.

      CARB Certified. The Spectre Cold Air Intake outperforms other intake systems in every state, thanks to its 50-state CARB certification. That means V6 owners can enjoy more bolt-on power in states with CARB restrictions like California, without worry. CARB EO Number: D-629-13.
