2005-2009 SR Cold Air Intake. Engine: 4.6L V8
It is recommended that you have an additional person available to help during this installation, parts can be awkward to hold and support by yourself. Block wheels and set parking brake before beginning work. Disconnect the Negative (-) battery cable.

-Remove the PCV hose.
-Loosen the hose clamp on the throttle body.
-Unplug Mass Air Flow sensor.
-Remove the bolt holding in the factory air box.

-Install Coupler onto throttle body.
-Slide oval pipe into coupler.
**Coupler is very tight but it does fit.

-Install heat shield using the factory ABS bracket bolt, and the factory air box mounting bolt.
- Install the rubber bracket for the intake tube using supplied washer and nut.
-Install the trim seal to heat shield edge.

-Install the Mass Air Flow sensor in the new intake tube.
-Join the pipes with the supplied coupler, and bolt to the rubber bracket on the heat shield.
-Install air lter
-Plug in the Mass Air Flow sensor.
