Customized Fit. Let your 5.0L F-150's engine breathe easier by replacing the stock exhaust manifolds with these high-flow long tube headers and catted y-pipe combo. Stainless Works specifically made this exhaust system to bolt up directly your F-150's existing stock cat-back, so there are no additional components to purchase.
High Flow Catalytic Converters. Stainless Work's high flowing catalytic converters are engineered to outperform the restrictive stock cats. The included high flow catalytic converters provide a significant increase in exhaust flow for a measured improvement in horsepower and torque at the rear wheels.
Solid Construction. Made only of 304L stainless steel, you can rely on these headers to put up with a lot of abuse. They resist corrosion, high levels of heat and debris flying up from the road or trail. The layout includes 1-3/4-inch primary pipes, 3-inch slip fit collectors and 3-inch catted leads for excellent flow-through.
Reliable Performance. Installation is straightforward, with a design that fits on your stock engine and exhaust system without any modifications. In fact, you can use the factory connection point to join the Y-pipe. All bends and transitions are smooth, allowing the air to slip through without unnecessary obstacles.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Stainless Works is so confident in the quality of their exhaust systems that they are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty on materials and workmanship.
Calibration Required. Installation of this Stainless Works Exhaust System will require the use of a Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation. By reprogramming your F-150's ECU you will be able to realize the full power potential that these Long Tube Headers have to offer.
