Description
Greater Horsepower. If you install a Vortech V-2 SCi-Trim Supercharger with Charge Cooler, you will gain 60 to 70 percent greater horsepower than before! The torque and horsepower is unbeatable. The product, which is sold as individual kits, includes a high capacity cooling system for the engine due to the air-to-air intercooler and intercooler tubing.
Sturdy Manufacturing. The tuner kit is built using durable, sturdy material such as OEM-type cast aluminum brackets, stainless steel, and heat resistant silicon sleeves. The product includes 320 horsepower, 8-10 PSI of boost, and 317 lbs./ft. of torque. Additionally, this product comes with a satin finish.
Complex Installation. You will find that installing this product is very complex and will require mechanical expertise. It can take anywhere from 12 to 14 hours to finish this installation, so you'll need to set aside the whole weekend to finish this assembly.
Three Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty. This product includes a three year unlimited mileage warranty. As such, your product will be safe from material or manufacturing flaws for as much as three years after purchase. Be sure to check out the company website if you have concerns about warranty limitations.
Tuner Kit. Tuner Kits include the Supercharger Head Unit, piping, mounting bracketry and parts required for basic installation. Tuner Kits do not include fuel components, electronic components, programmer or calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.
Application. The Vortech V-2 SCi-Trim Supercharger with Charge Cooler fits all 2001 Ford Mustang Cobra models.
Please Note. This Supercharger Kit will require the use of a Battery Relocation Kit, part# 8N150-010 (sold separately).
