      Description

      Improve Performance. Installing a set of 3.27 Yukon gears will give your SVT Cobra some extra bite. A steeper set of rear Ring and Pinion Gears will place your 1999-2004 Cobra into its power band much quicker for faster off the line acceleration and a noticeable increase in low end grunt. These 3.27 Gears are a great choice for both street and track applications.

      3.27 Gear Ratio. If you are looking to increase the performance of your daily-driven Mustang without sacrificing its fuel economy you will want to upgrade to a set of 3.27 Ratio Ring and Pinion Gears. 3.27 ratio gears will give you the low end grunt and rapid acceleration you desire without affecting your wallet at the pump.

      Quality Construction. Made from incredibly durable forged 8620 triple alloy steel for superior strength, Yukon backs their Ring and Pinion with a 1-year limited warranty. Yukon also takes full advantage of the most up to date state of the art technology in their design and manufacturing process. No matter how you look at it, this gear set is built to last.

      Recommended Upgrade. Changing the rear axle gear ratio will throw off the calibration of your Mustangs speedometer, but a Ford Racing Speedometer Recalibration Tool is an inexpensive way to fix this issue.

      Application. This 3.27 Yukon Ring and Pinion Gear set will fit all 1994 to 2004 SVT Cobra Mustangs equipped with a 8.8" rear end. A master bearing kit is recommended by most installers, especially on high mileage vehicles, see drop down option above.

      Technical Note. Installation costs will vary, but a good rule of thumb is between $250 and $300. Be sure to work with a reliable shop that you trust for installations. You can also save money on your installation labor by having your Trac-Lok rebuilt at the same time as your gears are installed, see drop down option above.
