INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. From the bottom of the truck, remove the front 15mm skid plate bolts (x2) and save these for reuse. The location of these bolts is marked in Fig P.

2. If you have purchased any lights/light mounting kits with your bumper, now would be a good time to install those.
Please follow the light manufacturer’s installation instructions for wiring information.

3. Mount your A.D.D. bumper to your truck.

a. Line the holes on the mounting tabs of the A.D.D. Stealth R Bumper with the mounting holes on the frame horns of the truck. Use the supplied 1/2x1 1/2” bolts (x6), 1/2” Washers (x12), and 1/2” locking nuts (x6) to hold the bumper in place. Install them finger tight until they are all on.

b. Install the two bolts that you removed in Step 1, through the mounting tabs on the bumper and through the original skid plate, finger tight.

c. Before giving the bolts a final torque, line the bumper up with the grill/valance to make sure everything is straight (This is where a second person might come in handy).

d. Once the bumper is properly aligned, tighten the 1/2” mounting bolts to 70 foot pounds. Tighten the two 15mm skid plate bolts to the manufacturer’s specification.

4. Stand back and enjoy your A.D.D. Stealth R Front Bumper.

5. Check and re-tighten if needed, all mounting bolts after 100 miles and periodically thereafter.
