Description
Power Boost. AFE's Black Momentum ST Cold Air Intake with Pro 5R Oiled Filter is the perfect addition to your 2015-2017 Ford Mustang EcoBoost as it dramatically outflows your factory intake, offering gains of 13 horsepower and 16 torque as well as impressive throttle response improvements. Whether you're tackling the track or the street, this intake will give you the power you need to remain at the front of the pack.
Pro 5R Oiled Filter. The cold air intake comes with a Pro 5R oiled filter that is 8 inches tall with a 360 degree radial design. The performance filter boasts a polyurethane frame and 5 layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze material that effectively traps dust, dirt, and other debris for clean, cool airflow. The filter is washable and reusable for an impressively long filter life.
Premium Construction. CAD designed and featuring a revolutionary sealed filter-to-housing interface, the completely sealed system of the intake is guaranteed to provide the coolest intake air to your engine. The dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube is paired with 1-piece, roto-molded housing crafted from cross-linked polyethylene and finished in a sleek black coat, stainless steel clamps, and a silicone coupler for maximum durability and functionality.
Installation. Using the included components as well as basic hand tools and anaerobic liquid pipe sealant or teflon tape, those with basic mechanical skills will be able to easily secure the intake. The installation takes about 1 hour to complete.
Warranty. To protect against potential defects in materials and craftsmanship, the intake is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. Limitations do apply, so please refer to the full warranty for more information.
NOT CARB Exempt. The Momentum ST Cold Air Intake is not CARB exempt at this time and is therefore not legal for use in California or any other states adopting Californian emission standards.
