Description
Ideal Boost. The perfect addition to your 2015-2017 Ford Mustang EcoBoost, AFE's Black Momentum ST Cold Air Intake with Pro DRY S Filter allows for a dramatic improvement over your factory intake airflow, increasing horsepower by 13 and torque by 16. The ideal intake also improves throttle response so that you remain at the front of the pack on the track and in the street.
Pro Dry S Filter. The cold air intake features a Pro Dry S filter, which is 8 inches tall and boasts a 360 degree radial design. Featuring 3 layers of progressive synthetic media that effectively trap dust and dirt, as well as a hardcore polyurethane frame, this filter is guaranteed to offer a clean airflow. It is also washable and reusable for a longer lifespan.
Optimal Construction. Featuring revolutionary sealed filter-to-housing interface, the cold air intake is a completely sealed system so that it can provide the coolest air to your engine. CAD designed, the intake boasts a dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube, stainless steel clamps, and a silicone coupler for superior durability and functionality. It also comes with a 1-piece, roto-molded housing built from cross-linked polyethylene and finished with a stylish black coat.
Installation. Installing this intake takes about 1 hour for those with basic mechanical skills. Simply use the included components as well as basic hand tools and anaerobic liquid pipe sealant or teflon tape.
Warranty. This intake is backed by a 2-year limited warranty to protect against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Some limitations do apply, so please refer to the full warranty for more information.
NOT CARB Exempt. At this time, the Momentum ST Cold Air Intake is not CARB exempt, meaning it is not legal for use in California or any states adopting Californian emission standards.
