1. Remove the intake tube using a 8mm nut driver (or a flat-head screwdriver) to loosen the two hose clamps.

2. Disconnect the two hoses on the right side of the intake plenum, and unclip the electrical clip on the left side of the plenum.

3. Using a 10mm socket, loosen the two bolts at the front of the intake plenum. With the 8mm nut driver (or flat-head screwdriver), loosen the hose clamp located on the backside of the intake plenum. At this point you should be able to completely remove the plenum.

4. Unbolt the throttle body with a 10mm socket.

5. Now place the new Silver Bullet throttle body spacer up against the intake manifold with the “AIR IN” side facing out. Using the provided M6 x 75mm bolts, M6 washers, and with the gasket between the throttle body and the new throttle body spacer, secure the throttle body to the intake manifold.

6. Install the new 1” brackets that were included in the kit using the new M6 x 16mm screws. Also, at this point, you need to unclip the power cable that is connected to the alternator from the metal bracket.

7. Reinstall the intake plenum and secure it to the new 1” brackets using the OE bolts. Do not forget to tighten the hose clamp at this time too. Also, connect the two hoses to the right side of the plenum, and connect the electrical clip to the left side of the plenum (may have to slide it forward).

8. Re-install the intake tube and tighten both clamps. Your installation is now complete!
