This unit relies on the stock truck airbox, while maximizing cool airflow to the engine for enhanced power peaks. You'll enjoy a more powerful and capable ride with this air intake installed. The kit comes with the intake tube, filter and all teh couplers and hardware for installation.
No Tuning. This kit goes on and functions immediately without any tuning requirements. That makes it easy to install and begin benefitting from immediately. That means you can enjoy enhanced power output almost right away from this set, making it very valuable.
Washable and Efficient. This Airraid filter is entirely washable, making it easy to maintain so you do not have to purchase replacements. It picks up particles down to 2 microns in size, thanks to the SynthaFlow filter and oil used. The filter can be washed and oiled to make it function again after it clogs during use.
Tough Build. The Airraid cold air intake is made from a mix of aluminum and polyethylene. The intake tube is made from tough polyethylene, making it insulated and tough. The filter is made from cotton and aluminum and is lightweight and efficient. The stock air box is used and a tough air shield made from insulated material is used as well. Overall this cold air intake works well to keep the incoming air as cold and clean as possible.
MAF Plate. Features an MAF plate to hold the housing in place easily. The kit relies on standard parts and components like the air box for maximum compatibility.
Fast Installation. Installation is quick and easy using the included hardware. It can be completed in around an hour and doesn't require special tools or cutting.
