Follow these instructions carefully to ensure correct fitment and operation.

STEP 1 (Removal): Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

STEP 3: Disconnect both of the plastic tubes going into the air inlet and remove the rubber hoses. Disconnect and remove the Air Temperature Sensor. (IAT)

STEP 4: Undo the hose clamps holding the air inlet tube and remove it. Undo the clamp holding the mass air sensor and air box halves together.

STEP 5: Pull the air filter housing out of its mounting bracket. Pull the remaining portion of the air filter box out of the fender and remove. (Leave the rubber grommets in the mounting bracket). Pull open the mass air housing, unbolt the mass air meter from its backing, disconnect the plug from the mass air meter and remove the plug from the housing. Remove mass air housing.

STEP 6 (Installation): Bolt the supplied aluminum studs to the BBK air filter shroud with the supplied hardware. Bolt the mass air meter to the backside of the shroud with the supplied hardware.

STEP 8: Slide the supplied blue couplers to the air tube, slide the hose clamps over the couplers. Attach the air tube with couplers to the throttle body and mass air sensor, then tighten the hose clamps.

STEP 9: Place the supplied grommet into the small hole in the inlet tube, then install the IAT sensor into the rubber grommet.

STEP 10: Attach the factory rubber hoses to the nipples on the BBK air inlet. Insert the factory plastic tubes into the rubber hoses. Replace plastic cover over intake manifold and reconnect the negative battery.
