Description
Improved Power. BBK's Tuned Length Shorty Headers are designed to give your 4.6L F-150 a huge upgrade in performance. These BBK Performance Headers will give your truck more horsepower and torque that you can feel by greatly increasing the exhaust flow when compared to stock headers. BBK Performance has been producing the highest quality aftermarket, high performance, bolt-on replacement parts for many years and they haven't stopped yet.
Silver Ceramic Coating. These Tuned Length Headers are completed in BBK's Polished Silver Ceramic Coating that not only looks great, but reduce under hood temperatures to help increase horsepower and extend the life of the headers. Ceramic Coated headers will long out last both chrome plated and polished headers.
Quality BBK Construction. BBK Shorty Tuned Length Headers are manufactured from 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow. And feature one piece laser cut 3/8" header flanges for additional strength, leak-free performance and a OEM fit. The headers are then finished with BBK's high-temp Silver Polished Ceramic Coating for good looks and to lower under hood temperatures.
Bolt-On Installation. Designed as a direct bolt on, these BBK Shorty Tuned Length Headers will bolt straight up in the stock location to the factory Mid-Pipe without any modifications on both automatic and manual models.
CARB Certified. Best of all, these BBK Shorty Headers are 50 state legal under CARB EO #: D-245-16.
Application. These BBK Performance 1-5/8" Ceramic Tuned Length Headers are designed to fit all 1997-2003 F-150s equipped with the 4.6L V8 engine.
