BMR Non-adjustable Tubular A-arms are lighter than the stock pair shaving 11.2 lbs off the front end of your Pony.

      Perfect for Lowered Mustangs. These BMR Suspension Tubular Front Lower Control A-Arms were designed with a 3/4" taller ball joint mount to raise the roll center height and correct the suspension geometry on your lowered 2010-2014 S197 Mustangs.

      Tubular Steel Construction. Made in the USA from TIG welded 1.25" diameter heavy wall DOM steel tubing for superior strength and rigidity, these BMR Front Lower Control A-arms feature CNC machined rear pivot points and are completed in a durable bright red powdercoat finish for great looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

      Polyurethane Bushings.
      These BMR Front Lower Control Arms use greaseable internally fluted polyurethane bushings resulting in predictable handling during straight-line acceleration and hard cornering.

      OE Ball Joints. BMR includes two brand new 19mm tall ball joints that are sourced from the same OE (original equipment) supplier Ford uses.

      Application. This set of two BMR Suspension Non-adjustable Front Lower Control Arms are designed for lowered 2010 to 2014 Mustangs including the V6, GT, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models. These BMR A-arms are compatible with both the stock K-member as well as the BMR Standard or Lowered Tubular K-Member.

      Application Note. 2010 model year Mustangs built before August 2009 were equipped with 18 millimeter ball joints on the front lower A-arms, and should therefore use 2005-2009 BMR Front Lower Control A-Arms, part# AA010, AA019, AA023 or AA024.

        Great Product

        Very good product, straight forward installation, excellent fit, took me about 2 hours to get them on, but I was using an old floor jack and jack stands, can be done quicker, with better equipment. handling is better and the front end really feels more solid. Highly recommend

        BMR A-ARMS

        These control arms are awesome! Theyre a lot lighter than stock and fairly simple to install. The hardest part really was removing the old a-arms. Dont forget to grease them up after install!

        4 2011 GT - Toplait Installation Time: Afternoon

        Looks great!

        The bolt holes on the Passenger side did not line up with the BMR K-member w/ 1/2" lowered motor mounts. I had stock control arms on the K-member so I know it was not the K-member. It was the A arm on the passenger side that was not perfect. To fix the issue I just loosened up the Nut on the A-arm and then I just forced it to fit... It works but it was not perfect. I give it 4 stars for my troubles. I admit doing this smashed the bushing down a bit on one side. It did not take long. It took me the afternoon because I had to jack my engine up to get some bolts out that was hitting the Pypes long tube header on the driver side. I also had to pull the steering box forward to get some more bolts out that required removing my steering shaft from the box. Reason for this was I assembled my K-member before installing it onto the engine the first time. Another issue fixed. I used Steeda bump steer kit with these and they work great. Although, I took the bump steer kit off because I could not get the Toe zeroed out. I had to much toe out and could not toe it in any further on either the passenger or driver side. To fix that issue I would have to shave down the inner tie rods. That I did not feel like doing ...I just aligned it with factory tie rods and I think i prefer them better. Could this be a BMR issue or a Steeda issue?

        5 2014 GT - Mountainlove Installation Time: Afternoon

        BMR front lower control arms.

        These control arms is a continued upgrade to my GT's suspension. Installation was easy and simple. To also comment on another's review the steering unit has to be removed, no big deal. The steering is much more responsive and stiffer. The polyurethane bushing do help. Don't forget to great your bushings with a with a silicone grease so the bushings won't squeak. It is also a great lubricant. Another advantage is the loss of weight to your car as well as a stronger product over the factory arms. I recommend these arms for a great upgrade to your pony.

        5 2007 V6 - Bladen Installation Time: Full Day

        Its a good upgrade from stock.

        I went with the BMR extended ball joint A-Arm on my 2007 because it is lowered. The car drives more stiff and you feel the road more than you would with a stock setup. A huge plus is the weight reduction and preinstalled ball joints. - When installing you have to unbolt the steering rack in order to gain access to the bolt that feeds through the A-Arm poly bushing. Be sure to grease the bushing and have some on hand. **grease is not included**

        5 2007 V6 - Bladen Installation Time: Full Day

        BMR A-Arms w/ extended ball joint increases handling capabilities

        Let me begin this review by saying these A-Arms look awesome when you take the tire off. My handling has increased but be ready to feel every bump in the road. Polyurethane bushings are way more firm than rubber bushings and contribute to NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness). Increased handling is a good trade off for me. Only get the extended ball joint on an old S197 if its lowered also. **Be sure to buy polyurethane grease, I can't stress this enough. The product simply doesn't supply it. I initially installed it without grease and then a year later I got the death squeak. You don't want this to happen to you, learn from my experience. **When you install you have to remove the power steering rack or at least unbolt it and move it up. This will gain you access to the bolt that goes through the bushing. **Remember to torque down the bolts further with a loaded suspension.

      do these extended a arms come with proper bolts act or must I order the bolts and nuts separately ?

      Will this and the BMR k member help with bump steer on a lowered 2014 V6?

      I have an early production 2010 gt, I currently have steeda x5 balljoints in factory arms. I don't want to buy the arms for 05'-09' as they have fewer options for lowered cars. Could I just press these 19mm balljoints out in favor of my steeda x5's which do fit my spindles?

      Is this a good upgrade for a car used on big tracks like Road Atlanta and Sebring? I ask, because Ford when talking about their Boss 302 arms say these tubular designs are weaker.. not sure if they have a certain brand in mind, or if they are saying all tubular designs are inherently "weaker" I also have the Ford performance handling pack, which lowered the car by and inch or a bit more, is this a good option for that as well?

      • These BMR Front Lower Control A-Arms would be an awesome upgrade for a racing application. The tubular steel construction allows for superior strength in the control arms, most certainly an upgrade.
