Upgrade for More Power. Have you already installed a Cobb 3" to 2.25" Down Pipe (5M2200) to mate up to your factory 2.25" cat-back system and now want to upgrade to Cobb's 3" Cat-Back Exhaust (5M2100)? If so, you are going to need Cobb's 3 in. Rear Section Connecting Pipe. This Rear Section Connecting Pipe upgrades the Cobb 3" to 2.25" Catted Down Pipe to be a full 3" Down Pipe for use with their 3" Cat-Back Exhaust. By creating a full 3" Exhaust System you will see a significant improvement in horse power, torque and engine response across the entire power band.

High Quality Construction. Cobb manufactures their Rear Section Connecting Pipe from high quality T304 stainless steel for superior strength and long lasting corrosion resistance. Fabricated from 3" diameter, smooth mandrel bent tubing, this Down Pipe features a flex coupling that allows your turbocharged engine to move freely without bending or cracking the exhaust itself.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. Cobb engineered their Rear Section Connecting Pipe to be a direct bolt-on upgrade replacement for the rear section of their two piece 3" to 2.25" Catted Down Pipe. There is no cutting or extra modifications required. Installation of this Cobb Connecting Pipe can be completed in about a two hours with just basic hand tools.

Application. This Cobb 3" Rear Section Connecting Pipe is specifically designed to fit the 2015-2019 EcoBoost Mustangs equipped with the turbocharged 2.3L in-line 4-cylinder engine.

Please Note. This Rear Section Down Pipe is to be installed with Cobb's 3" to 2.25" Down Pipe (5M2200) and their 3" Cat-Back Exhaust (5M2100).
