      Different emblem

I really was worried about putting this on my car. To my surprise, everyone really liked it and asked where I got it. I have since sold the car and upgraded (to a GT-500) but I still see the new owner driving my pride and joy with the logo still intact on the front grill.

Good quality, I have not seen one of these before.

I wanted to put a little color on the front of my GT-CS to go with my painted red brake calipers. The emblem is made well and went on easy. I used a computer blanking plate with some holes to hold it in place. I have not seen one of these on anyone else's mustang, so I figured.. why not? I'm tired of seeing the horse and the name Mustang all over, wanted something just a little different.

      Pretty Sharp

I had gotten a cheaper, Tri-bar pony for my grill that I ended up hating. It's color began fading after just a couple months, eventually it was just solid silver -which was preferable to half the white falling off, and the red discoloring. However, the Ford Racing piece has stood up for months. The only thing that made it a longer install was that I made my own aluminum bracket to fit the grill installed... As it has an odd angle inside as opposed to the outside face, and the piece wouldn't align properly. Of course this was my fault for not checking the cut of the piece vs my aftermarket grill. Overall I love the product. This is one of the few pieces I've changed on my cars exterior besides a shaker, rims, and hood pins...plus removing the spoiler. Even had a guy laugh once, asking why is put a snake emblem on a GT. My response was cranking the car, opening the cutouts, and letting everyone hear the thump while I purged the nitrous. No one at our local show has since asked why I had the snake on the grill: it's quite evident. Thanks AM, and Ford Racing!

      cobra jet emblem

The good - I love cobra jet stuff The bad - The threaded rods were poor quality. The threads were jacked up on both ends(probably from being cut) making it very hard to get the wing nuts started and get them screwed into the emblem itself. And oh joy... once I got that feat accomplished, I noticed that they were crooked! Meaning the threads on the emblem itsf weren't straight. OK so then I spent a few nervous moments bending them straight. I got them locked in with a little lock tight so the wouldn't vibrate off, and it was at this moment I realized there was no way to secure it to my roush grille!! The bars are too far apart. Now I need to figure a way to secure it. Shame on me for not checking first.. I know. That by itself i could have dealt with, but combined with the other quality problems and the fact that it was out of stock for several months had me throwing stuff in my garage

      So Cool Looking

If you don't like your stock emblem no worries stand out from the crowd with this awesome looking cobra emblem. It fits well and looks even better. My only complaint is that the bolts need to be longer for those of us with grill overlays. Thanks it makes it and gives it that needed something

      GT500 Grille Emblem

The Ford Racing GT500 Cobra Jet Grill Emblem was purchased to go with my 2010 Kona Blue GT500 with silver and red stripes. It complements the red, white and blue patriotic scheme of my car. The emblem is made very well with bright colors and is pretty heavy. The details in the snake and tires are incredible.
